A little less formality

Why we are building Formaverse

We want asking a question and collecting a useful answer to be clearer and friendlier than filling in a form usually is.

The pencil, paper and mailbox characters gather around a small blank sheet, each adding a playful touch, with one pink paper offcut and a tiny yellow spark.
making something together.

The problem we want to fix

Forms often feel like paperwork. We think making one should be as easy as writing a doc.

Who is behind it

Formaverse is built and looked after by the Formaverse team.

What guides our choices

A form is a document, not a dashboard

You open a form and see a page. Edit a question where it sits, and type a slash to pick a question type.

Respect the people answering

Public forms set no cookies. People have shared their thoughts, not signed up to be tracked, so you can see where they stop without knowing who they are.

Quiet branding

On Free, a form ends with a small “Created with Formaverse” line. It is a line, not a banner.

Free should be useful

Conditional logic, both layouts and response insights are included. Forms and responses are unlimited within a published fair use number.

Say what it does not do yet

Each feature page says plainly what the feature does not do yet, so you can decide before you start.
